Zircon is the oldest mineral on earth and is found in the crust of the earth. It occurs as a common accessory mineral in igneous rocks, in metamorphic rocks and as grains in sedimentary rocks. It is a common constituent of most sands and has been used for thousands of years.
 
Zircon is a colorful gem with high refraction and fire that's unfairly confused with Cubic Zirconia. Well known for its flashes of multicolored light.

When used as an amulet, Zircon will stop bleeding (if not caused by a stone or iron tool).
 
Zircon strengthens heart, also helps to pregnant women to give birth quickly and easily. It is also believed that Zircon improves appetite. Zircon was once used as treatment for lungs and liver related diseases.
